Tara PageChief Executive, RAA InsuranceLLB(Hons), BHlthSc, GDipAppFin, GAICDTara Page was officially appointed as Chief Executive of RAA Insurance in May 2023, following Acting in the role since February 2023. Formerly, Tara held the roles of Chief Governance and Risk Officer for the RAA Group, which she began in 2022, as well as Company Secretary for both RAA and RAA Insurance. Joining RAA as the first General Counsel in 2017, Tara has extensive legal and governance experience, whilst maintaining both a practical and commercial approach to all business decisions. Previously, Tara was a partner at a leading national law firm specialising in corporate law, financial services, and mergers and acquisitions. |

With 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across the financial services and energy sectors, Ben has a successful track record in formulating, developing, and executing enterprise-wide strategy, business planning, innovation, and transformation. He has led scale teams across some of Australia’s largest banks and, prior to joining RAA, Ben was State General Manager, Consumer and Business Banking at BankSA and Westpac SA & NT. |

James GaldesChief Technology OfficerBEng (Comp Sys) (Hons 1M)Joining the Executive team in March 2023, James brings a breadth of experience and skills to RAA from a career spanning more than 15 years in IT services, technical advisory, project management, digital strategy and architecture and more. Coming from his own consultancy, Agilize, James has also worked in senior Government roles, including Chief Digital Officer and Chief Enterprise Architect with the Department of Premier and Cabinet. He's also held the position of IT Development and Operations Manager at Raytheon, Consulting Architect at Optus and boasts experience at a range of other cloud-technology service companies the likes of Kloud Solutions, Alphawest and Internode. James is excited to lead the organisation in its technology transformation journey, creating exceptional digital solutions for both staff and members. |

Michael HealyChief Marketing OfficerBCom (Marketing & Advertising)Joining the team in January 2023, Michael has more than 20 years of marketing experience across international network agencies and large publicly listed brands (including BankSA and Westpac in South Australia) and is one of New Zealand and Australia’s most awarded and effective commercial marketers. Prior to joining RAA, Michael spent four years as chief marketing officer at Meridian where he led the marketing organisation and multi-brand strategy through a period of unprecedented retail growth across the Meridian and Powershop brands, led the development and launch of the Zero public charging network, introduced the Certified Renewable Energy decarbonisation program, and was a finalist for New Zealander Marketer of the Year in 2020 – amongst other things. Michael has held accountability for every marketing discipline from media to sponsorship to data driven marketing and martech. As a proven and experienced senior leader, Michael combines his people-first ethos with a strong commercial and numbers focus to deliver results for stakeholders – while having a bit of fun. |

She has a broad range of skills and experience from her career in the resources and automotive sectors with senior roles at BHP and General Motors. At RAA Emily leads communications, government and stakeholder engagement, reconciliation, community engagement, education and partnerships, driver training and the child safety centre, creative services and ESG strategy and implementation. |

Laura SchonfeldtChief People OfficerLaura joined RAA as Chief People Officer in October 2023. Most recently she was the Executive Director, People and Culture, with the Department of Education, having previously worked for more than a decade in senior people roles in national agribusiness and insurance companies including Elders, and QBE in both Sydney and Adelaide. Laura holds an MBA from the University of South Australia, where she is now part of their Executive Partners mentoring program. |

Susan CragoChief Governance and Risk OfficerLLB, BCom, GDLP, MBA, GAICDSusan Crago joined as our Chief Governance and Risk Officer in October 2023 and leads the legal, governance, compliance and risk functions at RAA. Susan has worked at the intersection of the legal and finance sectors in senior roles for over 20 years. Susan began her career as a practicing lawyer before moving into the banking sector. Since that time Susan has held a number of senior roles at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank spanning areas such as legal, risk and compliance management, business continuity, risk and control maturity uplift, customer remediation and liaison with internal and external audit and with regulators. Susan has a demonstrated ability in leading large and diverse teams and has experience in delivering complex organisational changes. Susan sits on a number of government and not for profit advisory boards and committees. |
