How much does RAA membership cost?
RAA membership is automatically included with any type of road service, home and motor insurance product with us, or with a holiday booking valued at $500* or more^. Buy RAA Road Service, get an insurance quote or book travel. -
How do I find my RAA member number?
You can find your unique member number by logging into My Account or the RAA App. You can also find it on your RAA membership card and any policy documents. -
How do I access my membership after booking a holiday?
You'll receive welcome emails within 5 business days of making your booking, giving you access to My Account and the RAA app. Plus, later you'll receive your physical membership card in the post. -
Which passengers included in my travel booking will be eligible for RAA membership?
All passengers on the trip who are over the age of 16 will automatically qualify for RAA membership. Once your holiday is booked, you'll receive an email prompting you to nominate these passengers for membership. After they're nominated, they'll receive a welcome email containing their membership details. -

*$500 minimum travel spend is calculated per holiday. Excludes International Driving Permits, gift cards and luggage and travel accessories, as well as online bookings for car hire, campervan hire, tickets and attractions, and SA experiences. ^Membership obtained through the purchase of travel or travel insurance does not include loyalty savings or the right to vote at board elections and at meetings of RAA.
