Voting is now open

This year we’re asking you to vote on three ordinary resolution items:

• Election of Ms Sunita Gloster AM as a Director
• Re-election of Mr David Osborn as a Director
• Appointment of KPMG as Auditor

Members are encouraged to read the Notice of AGM (PDF, 305KB) which includes an invitation from our Board Chair, and explanatory notes, before voting on each item.

Vote or appoint a proxy

Votes and proxy appointments must be received by 1:30pm on Sunday, 9 November 2025 to be effective.

Can't vote online? You can lodge your direct vote or appoint a proxy using a hard copy voting form. Read the Notice of AGM (PDF, 305KB) for details on requesting a voting form.
