RAA Social Media Community Guidelines

Thank you for engaging with Royal Automobile Association of South Australia Incorporated (“RAA”, “we”, “our” or “us”) social media channels.

RAA uses the following Social Media Platforms:

These Social Media Platforms provide a place to discuss and share RAA-related matters, our programs and products, our initiatives, and our services. By using our Social Media Platforms, you also agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant platform.

We try to respond to all RAA-related queries received via our Social Media Platforms as soon as possible (within 48 hours) during Monday to Friday. We are on-hand Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm ACST, so if you’re contacting us via social media outside of these times, or during public holidays, you’re likely to be waiting a little longer for a response – and we appreciate your patience.

There are some things we’re unable to action through our Social Media Platforms including requests for Roadside Assistance, insurance claims and urgent queries.

Should you require roadside assistance, please call 13 11 11 or use our mobile app for iPhone or Android, which can be downloaded at www.raa.com.au/myraa-app.

For assistance with insurance claims, please call us on 8202 4575 or make a claim online 24/7 at www.raa.com.au/claims or via the RAA app.

For urgent queries, please contact us via phone on 13 11 11.

  • unreasonable or inappropriate disclosure of someone else’s personal information including public posts or comments that name RAA employees or include any of their personal details.

We don’t take decisions on moderating posts lightly. We expect that participants post commentary that is both relevant and respectful to this community.
