    Standard benefits

    Accidental loss or damage

    You’re covered Australia-wide for accidental loss or damage to your caravan. This covers damage as a result of storm, fire, flood, hail, collision, malicious damage (such as vandalism) and theft or attempted theft.

    Contents cover

    If contents in your caravan are accidentally damaged following a break in or other incident, we’ll cover up to $2,000 for contents (excluding personal effects such as mobile phones, tablets, jewellery and credit cards).

    If you buy a brand new caravan and it’s written off within two years of the initial registration date, we’ll replace it with a new one of the same or similar make and model, subject to local availability.

    If the motor in a fixed air conditioner or refrigerator burns out or fuses, we’ll cover the cost of repair or replacement, provided the motor is under 10 years old.
