Do I need to be a member to use an Approved Repairer?
No, you don’t need to be a member to have your car serviced or repaired by an RAA Approved Repairer.
Being a member gives you access to discounts at select repairers and support from us if you’re not satisfied with your experience. Find out more about RAA membership.

How do I know if my local mechanic is an Approved Repairer?

What do I do if I have a problem with an Approved Repairer?
If you’re not satisfied with the service you’ve received from an RAA Approved Repairer, we can act as a mediator to help resolve the dispute. Call our car advice team on 8202 4689. -
