We offer a choice of three levels of Personal Road Service, to keep you moving in any vehicle.
We also offer Road Service for business, which is for your company vehicle, no matter who's driving.

If your vehicle won't start due to a flat or faulty battery, we'll diagnose its condition and either provide a jump-start or offer to sell you an RAA battery, and we’ll install it free of charge.

If your vehicle's broken down and can't be towed to your chosen repairer at the time of breakdown, we'll get it to a place of safety, and then arrange towing to your repairer within 14 days.

When a breakdown or puncture interrupts your ride, we'll do our best to get you rolling again. If repairs can't be carried out at the roadside, we'll arrange for a taxi to take you and your bike to a safe location or place of repair (up to $55 a year).

When your mobility scooter breaks down or gets a flat tyre, we'll do our best to get your vehicle moving again. - Our patrols are trained to work with EVs at the roadside. They know what to look out for, so they can get EVs back on the road, just like petrol and diesel vehicles.
- You can use your Road Service Towing Benefit¹ to help tow your EV to the nearest charging station.
- There's no extra cost for EV Road Service call-outs.

No matter what level of Road Service you have, we’ll keep your mobility scooter moving as well, for no extra cost.
If the problem can’t be solved roadside, we’ll organise a taxi to take you and your scooter to a safe location or place of repair.
