Buying and using an RAA gift card
Redeemable products
RAA gift cards can be used in-person at RAA Shops, online to purchase selected travel or RAA Shop products, and over the phone. You can purchase the below products with an RAA gift card.

Can a gift card be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes. Gift cards purchased online can be emailed to any address. You can also choose the date for your gift card to be emailed.
Note: Online gift card purchases are temporarily unavailable.

Can gift cards be used to pay for part of a purchase?
Yes. You can use multiple payment methods in one transaction. For example, you can pay the amount you owe partly with a gift card, and the remaining balance with a credit card. -
How can I check the balance and expiry of a gift card?
To check your gift card balance and expiry date, you'll just need your gift card number and four-digit PIN code. -
Can lost, stolen or damaged gift cards be replaced?
No. We recommend you treat your gift card like cash and keep your PIN confidential. -
