Voting is now open

This year, we’re asking you to vote on two ordinary resolution items:   

• Election of Mr Anthony Glenning as a Director
• Re-election of Ms Christine Zeitz as a Director

Members are encouraged to read the Notice of AGM which includes an invitation from our Board Chair, and explanatory notes, before voting on each item.

Vote or appoint a proxy

Votes and proxy appointments must be received by 1:30pm (ACDT) on Saturday, 7 November 2026 to be effective.  

Can't vote online? You can lodge your direct vote or appoint a proxy using a hard copy voting form. Read the Notice of AGM for details on requesting a voting form.

Attending the AGM

Members are invited to attend our AGM in person. Please register your attendance to help us with event planning.

Please note, viewing the online broadcast does not constitute attendance at the AGM. Members viewing the broadcast will not be recorded as having attended the meeting and will have no entitlement to ask questions, make comments, or otherwise participate in the proceedings.
